During a chaotic weekend in Las Vegas, a group of four young friends finds themselves in hot water with a loan shark, forcing them to leave the city in a rush. However, their gambling woes soon become the least of their concerns when they end up stuck in the Nevada desert. One of the friends stumbles upon a strange metal piece and then mysteriously disappears overnight. When the other three finally locate their missing companion, they notice he’s changed. As his situation deteriorates, they begin to suspect that a supernatural presence might be pursuing them in the desert.
