Trek: The Movie

“Trek” is a film about Tom, a young Mormon teen, and his friends as they embark on a journey with a handcart. During their adventure, they attempt to sneak in forbidden snacks, deal with sibling conflicts, meet a “special ops” leader from the Young Men’s group, outsmart a skunk with a penchant for Twinkies, and contemplate thought-provoking questions such as whether general authorities watch PG-13 movies. However, when they face unforeseen challenges, their faith is put to the test, reminiscent of the trials faced by their pioneer forebears.
