The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan

Mike Jacobs, a casual football hooligan, finds his life at a standstill until he runs into his old friend Eddie Hill during a football game that escalates into chaos off the field. Guided by Eddie, Mike is quickly drawn into the realm of credit card fraud, where organized groups extract vast sums of money from ATMs each night. As Mike becomes enticed by the wealth and women that accompany his new way of living, the risks grow, and he soon discovers that things are spiraling out of his control.
