Such superstitions have fueled ancient folklore about hauntings and possessions. In 2012, a story about a supposedly cursed mirror caught the media’s attention. Both the Daily Mail and Huffington Post covered how the new owners of an antique mirror experienced a string of misfortunes, financial woes, eerie apparitions, and life-threatening illnesses. Now, writer and director Edward Boase brings this chilling tale to the big screen, featuring Jemma Dallender (known for “I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE 2”), Joshua Dickinson, and Nate Fallows (“Whitechapel”) as roommates who purchase the same ominous antique on eBay.
