Harold Lamb is thrilled about starting college and has been saving up for expenses, practicing school chants, and perfecting a unique introduction he picked up from a film. Upon his arrival at Tate University, he quickly becomes the butt of jokes and mockery. Determined to gain popularity, he relies on the support of his only true friend, Peggy, to help him in his quest.
