In “The Night Daddy Came Home,” a high school student and her tormentors find themselves hunted by a deranged killer with a hidden identity. Emily Hanson, who endures relentless bullying at school, finds solace in creating graphic drawings of a masked murderer on a violent spree. However, this killer is actually her father, who lost his sanity eight years ago and has since been confined to a mental institution—a place her bullies cruelly suggest she belongs as well. On the anniversary of his horrific acts, the popular kids host a party while Emily stays home to look after her mute younger brother. Unbeknownst to her, she is about to experience a night filled with relentless horror and chaos, compelling her to face her deepest fears.
