“America’s Test Kitchen” is a 30-minute culinary program broadcast on public television across the United States and also available in Canada. The show is presented by Christopher Kimball, the editor-in-chief of Cook’s Illustrated. Both the show and the magazine are interconnected, utilizing the magazine’s test kitchen in Brookline, Massachusetts, as their filming location. In 2004, the parent company of Cook’s Illustrated, Boston Common Press, rebranded itself as America’s Test Kitchen.
