The avaricious Braylon, owner of the Just Rite Sugar Company, employs the unscrupulous scientist Sergei to develop a sugar more addictive than heroin or nicotine, aiming to boost his profits. Sergei conducts his experiments on invisible individuals, such as beggars, drug addicts, and undocumented immigrants, at the secretive Shadow Rock Mill. When Braylon’s team accidentally abducts Ryan, the brother of his secretary Erin and son of his head of security Griff, along with Hannah, Ryan becomes a crucial uncontaminated test subject. Meanwhile, Erin starts receiving enigmatic emails from an unknown sender named Cinderella, featuring a photo of Ryan and a clue suggesting he might be at Shadow Rock. Determined to find Ryan, Erin and her father set out on a mission to locate him.
