Lord of Darkness

In the Scottish Highlands, a deranged religious fanatic named Sawney hunts down those he deems impure, capturing them for his ritualistic sacrifices. Alongside his deranged family of inbred murderers, Sawney subjects his victims to gruesome torture and cannibalism, reserving the choicest parts for a mysterious captive in their expansive lair. As the number of missing persons escalates, investigative crime journalist Hamish MacDonald criticizes the police for their ineptitude in his sensational headlines. When his fiancée falls into the clutches of the cannibalistic family, Hamish embarks on a perilous solo investigation, unaware of a critical piece of information that could unravel the mystery.
