“Juvenile Offender,” directed by Yi-kwan Kang, follows the story of a troubled teenager named Ji-gu, who is sent to a juvenile detention center after committing a crime. Upon his release, he reunites with his estranged mother, and together they navigate the challenges of rebuilding their fractured relationship while confronting their past mistakes.
