Following a meteor shower in California, Melissa notices a change in the behavior of her colleagues and her boss, Samantha, at the agency owned by Vickland, after they receive an unusual plant. Concerned, she confides in her trusted colleague Billie and Detective Alexander, the only people she feels she can rely on.
