Heretic

Father James, a Catholic priest grappling with inner turmoil, experiences a crisis of faith following the suicide of a young girl he vowed to safeguard. Several months after her tragic death, he is compelled to revisit his former parish and the abandoned mansion where she took her life. As he finds himself confined in the house overnight, James becomes increasingly certain that he is being haunted by the spirits of the girl and her deceased stepfather, who have returned from the afterlife seeking vengeance for the dreadful event he failed to prevent.
