When a significant part of the country’s population is struck by a lethal epidemic, the oppressive regime confines them in camps, leaving them with no choice but to face death. However, a daring dissenter known as Torch embarks on a mission to aid the sufferers by spearheading a covert operation to transport them to a place of refuge where they can be treated with dignity.
