City of Vultures

In a struggling neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois, Marcus Julian, a former convict, comes back after spending eight years behind bars. Having grown up in a dysfunctional family, Marcus, much like many in his area, adhered to a brutal “street-code.” The “Gangster Disciples” controlled the local areas, and as a once prominent member, Marcus is haunted by the criminal activities that landed him in prison.
