Chung fung che

A group of four inept criminals comes up with a plan that is either brilliantly clever or incredibly foolish: they transform a minibus to look like a police van in order to hijack trucks crossing the border, which are transporting human corpses filled with cash. Their scheme unfolds one night in the New Territories, leading to a series of eerie and lethal confrontations. Among these is an encounter with another counterfeit police vehicle, operated by murderous gangsters who are also targeting the same money-laden bodies.
