Bloomin Mud Shuffle
Sixteen years after finishing high school, Lonnie’s life remains largely unchanged. He continues to paint houses, drink excessively, and spend time with his long-time friends, including the naturally funny Alex Karpovsky from “Girls.” “Bloomin Mud Shuffle” is a raw and authentic film that finds humor in challenging situations. This seventh film by Frank V. Ross features standout performances from Natasha Lyonne (known for “Orange is the New Black”) and Rebecca Spence (from Ross’s “Tiger Tail in Blue,” WFF 2013), accompanied by a musical score from John Medeski of Medeski Martin & Wood.
