In the Kosovo of the 1990s, young Nori, just ten years old, is forced to mature quickly following the untimely death of his mother and subsequent abandonment by his father, Gezim. After a perilous and adventurous journey, Nori eventually makes it to Germany, where he is reunited with Gezim. However, he struggles to comprehend how his father could have deserted him. Their future in Germany appears uncertain as Gezim’s asylum request is denied.
