Argo
“Argo,” directed by Ben Affleck, is a tense thriller based on the true story of a daring CIA mission to rescue six American diplomats from Tehran during the 1979 Iran hostage crisis. The film follows CIA operative Tony Mendez as he devises an audacious plan to exfiltrate the diplomats by posing as a Canadian film crew scouting locations for a science fiction movie.
