Cheol-Min, a man with a troubled past, takes on a nighttime job as a parking lot attendant. He spends his shifts in the cramped payment booth, watching a small TV. One evening, a blind woman named Jung-Hwa enters the booth, mistaking Cheol-Min for the previous attendant. Despite the mix-up, Jung-Hwa returns on another night to enjoy the same TV drama. As time goes on, Cheol-Min grows fond of Jung-Hwa, and they discover they share a connection through a past event.
