A Man Called Jon

“A Man Called Jon” is a whimsical dramedy that follows Pastor Jon Terrell Carson, whose unconventional approach to worship sets him apart. His current church is steeped in tradition and not used to lively expressions during services. After an incident that embarrasses both the congregation and his family, Senior Pastor Stannum contacts the Bishop to have Jon reassigned to a church that better aligns with his energetic style. Jon and his family end up at an African American Church, where Associate Pastor Dickens informs him that a clerical error led to his placement there. Jon is then transferred to a third church, where he faces challenges in adapting. Will Jon manage to temper his exuberant worship, or will he face yet another reassignment?
