2010: Moby Dick

In this science fiction reinterpretation of Herman Melville’s timeless story, the notorious whale is larger, more formidable, and significantly more powerful. The film features “Xena” alum Rene O’Connor in the role of the (traditionally male) narrator. The vessel, now transformed into a state-of-the-art submarine, matches the whale in size, while Captain Ahab remains resolute in his quest to exact revenge on the colossal sea creature that injured him.
